With over 15 years of experience at Sotheby’s, Tate, the Royal Academy of Arts, and the LSE, Kami brings a 360-degree understanding of the global arts ecosystem and a trusted network of experts, collectors, institutional leaders, investors, and key market stakeholders. Kami navigates creative, business, and diplomatic projects with equal ease.
Kami’s art expertise and interests span several movements. At university, she studied Old Masters, and her research now forms part of the archives of the Prado Museum in Spain and the Royal State Collection in Poland. At Sotheby’s, she worked predominantly with multigenerational families whose truly eclectic collections have since shaped her distinctive advisory approach. Her tenure at Tate offered a deep dive into the contemporary art world, now a core pillar of today’s art market and of any collecting strategy. While at the Royal Academy of Arts, Kami had the opportunity to work directly with renowned living artists and their studios. With a foundation in art history, philosophy, and linguistics, Kami remains, at heart, an academic who believes in the enduring value of connoisseurship.
