As Co-Founder and COO of Kodex SA, Kami joined at inception as the CEO’s strategic partner, navigating major pivots to build a fintech company at the intersection of technological invention, regulated finance and legal frameworks. She has built and aligned the core team across technology, legal, and commercial functions, leads institutional business development, and drives fundraising and investor relations.
As a Trustee of the AI21C Foundation, Kami works closely with cultural organisations including Haus der Kunst, Turner Contemporary, The Line, and Watermill Center on devising new business models and patronage formats. Recently, she helped conceive and launch the Director’s Innovation Circle at Haus der Kunst — a curated patron group of business, technology, and finance leaders supporting cultural institutions in their transition into 21st century organisational models.
