Kami is Co-Founder and CPO of Kodex SA, a company building settlement infrastructure where technological invention, regulated finance and legal frameworks meet. She owns the product vision, has steered Kodex through major strategic pivots, and has built the core team across technology, legal and commercial functions. Alongside the CEO, she leads institutional business development, fundraising and investor relations.
As a Trustee of the AI21C Foundation, Kami works closely with cultural organisations including Haus der Kunst, Turner Contemporary, The Line, and Watermill Center on devising new business models and patronage formats. Recently, she helped conceive and launch the Director’s Innovation Circle at Haus der Kunst — a curated patron group of business, technology, and finance leaders supporting cultural institutions in their transition into 21st century organisational models.
