As Founding CBO of Kodex SA, Kami joined at inception as the CEO’s strategic partner, navigating two pivots to build a fintech company at the intersection of technological invention, regulated finance and legal frameworks. She drives GTM strategy, external business development, and investor relations, translating technical complexity into commercial narrative while acting as connective tissue across technology, legal, and commercial workstreams.
As a Trustee of the AI21C Foundation, Kami works closely with cultural organisations including Haus der Kunst, Turner Contemporary, The Line, and Watermill Center on devising new business models and patronage formats. Recently, she helped conceive and launch the Director’s Innovation Circle at Haus der Kunst — a curated patron group of business, technology, and finance leaders supporting cultural institutional in their transition into 21st century organisational models.
