PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION
Building the relationships and structures that make ambitious things happen.

Kami works with scaling companies, cultural institutions, and organisations at inflection points — helping them identify strategic opportunities, build high-value partnerships, and translate vision into operational reality. She brings rare credibility on both sides of the institutional relationship: equally trusted in a boardroom, a saleroom, or a technology meeting.

  • Define strategic direction and positioning aligned with long-term vision and capital
  • Identify, negotiate, and build partnerships across consulting firms, technology providers, financial institutions, and cultural organisations
  • Cultivate and activate executive-level relationships across clients, partners, and investors
  • Design and launch institutional programmes from concept to scale — including patron networks, acquisition funds, and innovation circles
  • Lead fundraising strategy and execution across private, philanthropic, and institutional sources
  • Bridge business strategy and technology teams in fintech and digital infrastructure contexts
  • Represent organisations in industry forums, consortiums, and ecosystem events

ART ADVISORY & PRIVATE CLIENTS
Museum-quality collections. Legacy by design.

Kami advises a select group of private clients, family offices, and corporate collectors on building and managing art collections with institutional discipline — from first acquisition to long-term succession. Her network spans the global gallery system, the auction market, private foundations, and institutional collections across Europe and the United States.

  • Develop collection vision, strategy, and long-term direction — translating personal taste into an actionable collection charter
  • Source works through privileged access to primary and secondary market opportunities globally
  • Conduct full due diligence — attribution, provenance, condition, ownership history
  • Negotiate acquisitions and private sales with discretion and rigour
  • Manage collection logistics, valuation, insurance, documentation, and institutional loans
  • Advise on timing and strategy for resale, auction consignment, and private placement
  • Structure and negotiate legacy strategies — museum donations, endowments, succession planning, and art-backed financing
  • Liaise with heirs, trustees, legal and financial advisors across complex multi-party mandates
  • Industry Guidance — through the Connoisseur & Co. programme: curated studio visits, private collection tours, art fair access, and roundtable discussions with leading artists, curators, and market specialists

CULTURAL STRATEGY & PHILANTHROPY
Culture as strategy. Giving as architecture.

Kami advises cultural organisations, foundations, and individual patrons on building philanthropic and cultural strategies that are purposeful, sustainable, and genuinely impactful — drawing from her experience designing flagship programmes at Tate and the Royal Academy of Arts and her Executive MSc in Social Business & Entrepreneurship at the LSE.

  • Develop giving strategies and philanthropic frameworks aligned with long-term mission and values
  • Design innovative funding models across individual philanthropy, corporate partnership, and public-private collaboration
  • Advise on governance, positioning, and sustainable growth for cultural organisations in transition
  • Connect collectors, philanthropists, sponsors, and institutions for strategic cross-sector partnerships
